| Utility Revenue Recovery |
DKA’s Utility Revenue Recovery Department works with Utility Companies and Municipalities to recover costs associated with damaged equipment claims. At placement DKA will pull all relevant documentation including police reports, witness statements and in some cases review photos of incident when available. Once the responsible party has been identified DKA will pursue collection efforts on behalf of our client.
In the event the responsible party is Uninsured or Under insured DKA will work to secure payment in full or work out payment plans when needed. Should it be necessary DKA will request license suspension where allowed by law. DKA’s Utility Revenue Recovery Specialists maintain a strong working knowledge of One Call Laws.

| Fees |

Our fee structure is simple and very reasonable. We will never charge a sign up, or per file fee. We simply retain a small portion of collected funds. Most collection activities are performed on a contingency fee basis. DKA does not require any advanced fees from our clients with the exception of accounts forwarded to local counsel for litigation.
A special fee schedule can be negotiated based on volume, balance, age and type of account.
