On or Offsite Auditing
With many years experience in the Insurance industry DKA provides several auditing solutions dealing with open, active and closed file audits. DKA can identify missed opportunities including PIP, statue issues and short pays.
Internal Audits- Performed in your offices by one of DKA’s audit teams, this can be a one time audit or on a recurring basis. This type of audit is very useful when paper files and/or multiple data sources are used.
External Audits – Performed from our offices, entry is granted through a VPN that would provide access to a set group of files. A data file can also be uploaded to our system directly via disk, DVD or paper files.
All audit results are compiled and returned to the client in a predetermined manner and timeline.

Utility Revenue Recovery
DKA’s Utility Revenue Recovery Department works with Utility Companies and Municipalities to recover costs associated with damaged equipment claims. At placement DKA will pull all relevant documentation including police reports, witness statements and in some cases review photos of incident when available. Once the responsible party has been identified DKA will pursue collection efforts on behalf of our client.
In the event the responsible party is Uninsured or Under insured DKA will work to secure payment in full or work out payment plans when needed. Should it be necessary DKA will request license suspension where allowed by law. DKA’s Utility Revenue Recovery Specialists maintain a strong working knowledge of One Call Laws.
Overpayment & Workers Compensation
DKA can work with you to identify potential overpayment recovery or we will simply recover the overpayment your company has already recognized. We offer recovery solutions where third-party liability has been determined. Payment plan Program
Due to the rising costs of monitoring minimal repayment plans, DKA has developed a very low cost efficient and effective way to handle Clients Installment Agreements, Judgments, Promissory Notes and Restitution Orders.
The DKA solution combines an automated system process as well as a human interaction based on certain triggers. Some of those triggers are bounced checks and “day 1”late payments. The automated process is set up to follow preset payment reminders and payment confirmations via email or mail.
The utilization of our service greatly reduces unprofitable time usage by your internal staff and improves claim clearing, thus reducing your cost without reducing your staff.
Skip Tracing & Asset Reports

These reports can be ordered on line or by fax. We generally provide a 24 hour turn around and in many instances your reports are returned to you same day via email or fax.
